Didn't like the driver

Jim did a great job of getting me a truck to take my car. The driver could barely speak English and he insisted my car was overweight, which it has never been overweight, and made me give him $100 in cash.
Then i was without a car for 3 days because he kept saying he couldn't deliver it. He finally did and parked the truck in the middle of a busy street and backed my car off. Other trucks are able to come in our gate and park so there is no danger. But he went to the wrong gate and couldn't understand how to get to the other gate so I was stuck. I was very upset.
Not Jim's fault tho!
