Our entire move was a nightmare... except for shipping our BMW with Lightning Auto Carriers. I couldn't have been happier, these guys are first rate. Their quote was a fraction of the others we received and at first we were so skeptical, but really needed to keep costs down so I took a leap of faith and held my breath hoping the car would arrive and in one piece. I called a bunch of transport companies to get quotes and when they were all significantly higher than Lightning they would tell me to "watch out" for lower priced quotes and that it couldn't be done that cheap so it's not likely your car will even arrive. That was total BS! It arrived in perfect condition and exactly when they said it would. Brad was wonderful and always available to answer calls and the two gentleman that picked it up and delivered it were extremely nice, clean cut, well spoken men who had great personalities and stayed in communication. Every other review I've written for this move has been one star and this one was hands down the best choice we made and if we could give more that 5 stars, I certainly would!
