Brad said I wasted HIS time after LAC lied to me, gave me another vendor's emergency number

My response:


I gave you my card as permission to look for a route under the distinct information that you would not charge anything until a) a route was found and quoted firmly, and b) I signed and returned that form scheduling a firm pick-up of my vehicle.

You then (or someone from your company) called me to say that my car was listed for a MUCH higher rate on the route board and I needed to call that company to cancel with them ASAP- you gave me the number.

Also, the way that person spoke to me, like barking orders about how "I must do it now" did not sit well with me. FYI.

I called that company- it was their emergency number- and their rate was LOWER than yours.

I felt like you not only misled me with the higher rate bit but also intentionally gave me the emergency number as an f-you to the other company. I am not your pawn to get digs in with another vendor.

I chose not to sign your form. I chose to email you my concerns as outlined above but no response other than incessant calls and email- I bet I have at least a dozen calls from you and a half a dozen emails. I can check if you would like. Yet, none that I have heard/seen have actually addressed my concerns of why you would incorrectly say the rate is higher when it isn't or why you would give me the emergency number. So I choose not to respond.

Now please stop calling me. I don't like what has happened so far. It does not make me want to do business with you even if my car was still here but it is not. My car has been shipped with another vendor days ago. They too made a mistake but owned up to it. I don't nickel and dime business owners, nor do I hold a mistake over someone's head once they acknowledge and try to fix it. You have done neither- AND STILL RAN MY CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION based on the previously stated agreement to wait until confirmation from me.

You did NOT have permission to run my card as that was on the verbal arrangement that you would receive a signed agreement from me and that $200 would be due in order to arrange the driver- neither of which were initiated on my part.

My next steps will be to share this review on social media and to make a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

If there is a charge on my card, I will share this email with my card company and dispute it fully.

THIS IS A REVIEW FROM A COMPETITOR NOT A CUSTOMER. We do not have this name anywhere in are system. The emails are 100% false. We are working with transport reviews to have this removed ASAP.
