Slight confusion initially but "Get it Done" and their carrier promptly made sure things worked out seamlessly till the end

I looked up "Get it Done" online as the carrier selected by my employer for a cross country move prohibited loading the trunk or back seat with light items.
Although pressed for time as our move out date was imminent, Get it Done representatives promptly made arrangements to honor my chosen pick up date which was only a couple days away, ensured I was allowed to load the car up to 150 lbs plus quoted me an even lower estimate. The whole process was seamless.

One slight hiccup was my phone number listed for me was incorrect, which could have been my mistake which delayed the pick up slightly. In fact, in quite a comical turn of events, my original car carrier picked up the car that I signed off on not knowing my original carrier failed to inform the towing company of my cancellation.

The "Get it Done" had no issues going over to the lot where my car was now towed to, pick up from there and get the transport under way. Very easily reachable with updates throughout of any delays. Car arrived undamaged with loaded items intact.
