The company claimed experience and direct contact, which was true. The driver was friendly but all business. The car arrived 2 days earlier than expected so that was the only problem that occurred with the transport. The driver was patient with us about pick up so we were satisfied and then some. We paid about $300 less than the other quotes for a door to door Cadillac level of service.
