Integrity and honesty, I think not. Now let's talk about their advertised "24/7" availability to be contacted, I think not.
We had to threaten to contact our insurance company to report the car stolen before I got a return phone call from David Pein. He told me on numerous occasions that he would call me right back and I never heard from him.

Now let's talk about fees. I was quoted one fee which I had saved on my email and when the driver finally showed up with my car his quote was higher than my quote. Both the driver and I tried to contact 24/7 availability David, but to no avail. No answer and no call back. I had to pay the driver the higher fee. He had my car. David did finally call me back after the driver left. I told him what happened and he said he would call the driver and get right back to me. Yes, you guessed it, I still haven't heard from him. The driver was also unhappy about this entire situation so he looked up Get It Done Transportation's ratings by the drivers. No surprise that he had 13 negative responses. This entire experience was a nightmare.

Just as an aside, the original carrier truck was damaged, my car put on another carrier truck and was absolutely filthy when it arrived. The car wash told me it looked like it was off roaded.

Now on to the Better Business Bureau.

Lisa Bornstein, this here is the most disheartening review I received in a long time. I have moved your car for you the last 4 years and EVERYTIME went perfect and never did you write a good review but this time we had a glitch and you wrote one immediately. I do apologize things didnt go as smooth as the lat 4 years we moved it for you. We had a driver to pick up the car on the day you needed as promised, this carrier had a mechanical issue when I told you he was running behind but I was working on locating another truck you panicked and hired another company. When they dropped the ball you contacted me back asking to please see what I can do. I called back and told you I had a different guy that can do it you said and I quote yes yes yes, the driver picked up that day and delivered in 2 days. The price only changed by 80.00 because you canceled then rescheduled- if you cancel a flight then re-book it the same price isnt guaranteed. against my better judgement i took the order back which resulted in you unhappy and us with a bad review.... We offer a 24/7 customer service, she was calling the direct desk of who she placed the order w/ and not the 24hr # listed on our website. We do ONLY hire carriers rated 98% or better with 5 years driving experience so situations like this dont happen. Again the owner is on top of this and will get it right. We have OVER 1000 references nationwide upon request that have received nothing less then a 5 star experience from Get it Done Transportation. Thank you 888-325-1899
