David was available 24/7 the whole time. We did have a problem w/the car not starting upon its arrival (which we had to try again the next morning because of the late hour but it was our cars problem not anything the transporter did) and there was a misunderstanding about payment after we got the car off the truck but David took care of everything. I would definitely use them again.
