They did beat other auto shipping quotes by $50. I informed Rick there would be paperwork for the carrier when delivering to a military vpc for overseas shipment. I ended up with a carrier who spoke little English and the military instalation had a hard time processing paperwork. He told me the deposit of 190 wouldn't come out till the car was loaded and ready to transport but it came out several days before hand. In the beginning he informed me that he would be the middle man if anything were to happen. While trying to contact the carrier I was unable to get through and had to contact him with no other choice he was rude and told me he didn't have time at this moment due to other customers needed his assistance. I'm going to inform people to be weary of this agency. Their quotes may sound tempting but not worth the lack of customer service.
