Anthony (Tony) Cuda, owner / operator of Fast Forward Auto Transport, was hired to pick-up and deliver a motorcycle. While the motorcycle was in his possession, he drove it 48 miles, burnt out the clutch and there was additional physical damage to the motorcycle from it being dropped - all totaled, it came out to $6,500 in damage and mechanical repair. Still trying to collect from him!
Based on the damage that was inflicted upon the motorcycle and, moreover, the fact that he drove the motorcycle while it was in his possession, thereby literally stealing it from me, and would not respond to requests for compensation, I warn you never to use him to ship anything - not even a roll of toilet paper!
As an aside, the broker that provided Cuda's information, Across USA Auto Transport out of Florida, was no help and said that this matter was between Cuda and me - even thought Across USA collected a fee of $150!!
