I was in need of a transporter to get my son's truck to Houston, Texas. Mark was very nice, polite, and patient. Never Pushy! Changed my mind a few times, as we were trying to purchase a truck in Houston, however, that did not work out. The price he quoted was pretty much right on. Fast service, he put the quote out there and the next day my son's truck was being picked up in California. We stayed in contact with the driver the whole trip, he had a couple blow-outs which slowed him down a lot, the delay pushed the delivery back a day, which is why I marked late, otherwise he would have been right on time.
We live in a small housing track so the transporter delivered the truck about 2 miles away, at a location I picked out, with no problem at all. The driver Mario was very nice, and very knowledgable.
We will call them in the future, and recommend them to everyone. Friendly, speedy service is hard to find these days, but it was a pleasure dealing with FT Auto Transport Inc. and I found a friend in Mark. Thanks, Lisa
