I usually don't do reviews because my time is valuable and it is not worth it. However this one deserves attention and I must recognize this company. Excellent Auto Transport is a well-oiled machine and is non-pushy, professional, consistent, and truly cares for their customers car, which seems impossible to find in this business. I researched about 60 companies on different websites and kept coming back to here. Im glad I did.

What was different about Excellent Auto transport besides the customer service is the autonomy the customer has in having an input of who and who can't transport your vehicle. They truly understand a car is an investment and they would want to know who is touching "their" vehicle if it was theres too. That is something that was unique about Excellent Auto. With the other many companies I spoke with I heard the same story over and over. It seemed they were just trying to put a car in a truck without authentically CARING about me as a human being and the vehicle I bought, what is important to me, the quality of the truck, expertise of the driver, time in which I need it, and any concerns that may not be important to someone else but is to the customer!

I consider myself particular and I do not let anyone touch my car especially a 30k investment. I'm not the easiest customer may I mind you. I require the best and need someone who understands Im picky and want the car in flawless condition. Excellent Auto delivered. Christa was patient, warm-hearted, actually treats you as a person, so polite and consistent. With other carriers If I had an issue they would get on the defensive and turn ugly. With Christa, she knows the customer is concerned about their car because there are a lot of scams in this business. She was the only one who took the TIME and due DILIGENCE to find the driver that was right for me and my mustang. These people work their tail off. They have been available to me 7 days a week since the process started and return their calls with the same positive attitude throughout. What topped the icing of the cake was after you pay them they still keep in contact with you. Why not take the money and run? Because they CARE about you and your CAR. This is how this company is different. It is unfortunate because it is nearly impossible to find a company this fantastic in such a ruthless business.

The transport from Orlando to Charlotte was 11/10. I had an enclosed rig that looked like it transported race cars and it was gorgeous to look at. The inside was immaculate and state of the art equipment was being used no doubt. All I got to say is WOW my car is in this? The truck looked like it was 250k :) The car was picked up and delivered same day. I received updates on accidents and how far they were from my location. It was a husband and wife who came and they were so nice and excited for me. They cared about my car just as much as I did and I loved every second of it lol

From A-Z the process was flawless and I was never paid to do this review. I WANTED too and so glad I could share my story. Thank you to Excellent Auto Transport for your time, expertise, and human touch that all others lack. Respectively, Ryan, Charlotte, NC
