What I liked:
1. First person to actually call me after I submitted quotes (Wasn't a recording)
2. Did not ask for a credit card # to show my "loyalty" before searching for carrier.
3. Kept me updated with simple notifications. (Did not barrage my email with BS)
4. Reasonable price ($700 to Driver, $100 to Dispatcher) Came in around average price for all quotes received.

What I didn't like:
1. Talking down on "other carriers" - Let your business/service speak for itself, it will leave more time for capturing business. (Every dispatch I spoke to did this which is why I'm giving 5/5)

Overall: I'm pleased with the service and the driver I got was very friendly. 5 out of 5!
