Booked transport online without any problems. As I was shipping a big city to another big city, I didn't anticipate any real problems with this transaction. They 'claim' a 2-7 day wait from time of vehicle being available to ship to pick up. I had to cancel my order today, as it has been 25 days from that day. I made 5 or 6 phone calls to them to try and get an explanation, but they basically said we don't know. At the time of cancellation, they offered no explanation, no reason to expect that my car would EVER be shipped, absolutely nothing.They have a very slick website and process. Unfortunately, I wasted almost a month trying to get them to get someone to pick up my car in Florida. Beware of this company, as they are simply brokers and don't have any skin in the game. They get their commission up front and that's what matters to them. I called another company today (Monday) and they are picking the car up Wednesday.

Our excellent reputation and tens of thousands of very satisfied customers tell a different and more positive story. We are sorry that customer Chuck Strauch is dissatisfied, but we did explain that in January there is a backlog of holiday orders, and that his destination of a freezing and snow stormy Minnesota in the middle of January is frankly undesirable to many carriers. We wish Mr. Charles Strauch lots of luck in 2017.
