First time shipping a car and it could not have gone better. The people at DYI were helpful and without condescension, the carrier was courteous and efficient. The seller in CA did a video walk-around and the car arrived in the exact same condition three days later. I'll definitely use them again.

John, we at DIY are glad your first time shipping went so well as it should have. The seller you took the video was right on top of things, as this is something we recommend to our customers, both at time of pickup and delivery. Visual records are always the best.
