Scott at DIY went the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service which I appreciate. It took the carrier at least 25 days to deliver my vehicle due to the truck breaking down. Scott over at DIY worked with the carrier to arrange a discount and did his very best to accommodate me and my family for the inconvenience. He is a pleasant person to talk to and always tried to make light of a really bad situation. Thanks Scott for your exceptional customer service, because of it I will do business again with DIY.

I am very pleased that Scott was able to take car of you in the way he did. It is always our goal to do what we here at DIY can the best out of even a bad situtaion. I am sorry that you had such a horrible experience with the carrier and i can assure you that this carrier will not be one we will use for future transports.
