My representative did an excellent job of communicating with me, was very knowledgeable and handling all of my needs. My only issue was a small amount of dirt and oil on the hood. I've since recommended Cruise Control Auto Transport to my friends and have heard nothing but good things from them. I'll be shipping my 3rd car through them. Just an FYI, I've contacted many transporting companies, even referrals from friends and none of them were as good, responsive and no where near as cheap.
