Do not use this company Bright Auto Transportation from suffern/Brooklyn NY, The following was an excerpt from an email I had with the Broker whom told us they were not Brokers. EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION, at least Express was easy to deal with and took care of most of the details, and did respond to all correspondence with us..The following was an email sent to Express about our experience. "1 major problem the carrier came here with 3 drivers and told me their truck was parked down the road,I presumed that they were probably at the truck stop 6-7 miles away..after delivery we had pictures taken of the odometers, before they left and then after the drop off,they drove our vehicles 50 miles!!! apparently this was to where their business is located in suffern NY, I checked the contract and it says drive to transport a “Legal Distance”..so if you could advise what is a legal distance..I believe we should be compensated for their little road trip in our cars…let alone the liability issue had they gotten into an accident.. they did not but if so, they would be suing the pants off of us. At this moment I am drafting a complaint to the NYS Attorney General in which I will have to mention all businesses involved in this non sense. The following is the response then.. after that there was no further communication.."hey brent please sent me the pictures of the miles the manager is gonna call me back in a few thanks /Frank just got in and we will be forwarding both sets of pictures/thanks . We had taken pictures of the odometers before the vehicles left our driveway and after they arrived in Florida by our friends and provided them to Frank Reed at Express Transportation.
