I was quoted and signed a contract w these ppl 3 weeks prior to my move. The day of I was told after I had to call to find out the transprt wasn't happening. These ppl are unprofessional and very non chalant. Crystal told me that she wasn't gonna go back and forth w me either she could keep working on finding another driver which could take 3-6 weeks or I could pay 600 and they'd pick my car up Sunday! They do NOT honor their contracts. My flight was leaving the same day my car was supposed to be transported by BOSS, but needless to say I'm in Texas and my car is still in Illinois thanks to BOSS! I would never use or recommend this company to anyone, other than my lawyer! Contracts are meant for something! See you in court Jill, crystal and Brandon!
