I received excellent service from my first call for information to booking my car to be shipped. Aaron explained the process and answered all my questions. I even questioned him on some of the reviews I had
read and received honest answers.

Based on the reviews I asked for one of their regular drivers, even though I could have had my car
picked up sooner by his other drivers. It delayed my pick up by a week due to scheduling. The driver was a day late I did email Bluestar and received a prompt reply on why the driver was delayed. The driver
called to say he would pick up the next morning and he did. He also did a thorough job of looking over
the car for any damage and noted all scratches.

The car then was turned over to Matson for shipment from CA to Hawaii. Their website was updated
periodically on the progress on the car. Estimated delivery date was the date I did pick up the car.

My car arrived in Hawaii the way I left it....clean and no damage.

I will use Bluestar again.
