I had one other experience with a transport company, and it was not good. I was not looking forward to the process, but Yosi made the difference. Even when we hit issues with drivers not being responsive, Yosi took it upon himself to ensure we were served well and within budget. He did a good job and told me at the outset that he would take personal responsibility for the move. He did.
