This "company" is an absolute SCAM. I had to hire another company because after 8 days after the scheduled pickup date, I had heard nothing. No one would answer my calls or emails. The new company I hired told me that this company has only been in business since October 2016 and to not use them and it was a mistake to use them. They gave me quite a bit of information about this company and basically how they're a fraud. I have emailed countless times, to no avail. I also can no longer leave a message because the mailbox is full and no one answers the phone there. What kind of company does that? As I paid the $200 something as a "down payment" and since it was contingent upon completing the service, I am owed my money back. However, I don't know if I will ever get my money back because no one will contact me. Before I paid, the owner, Jim Powers, was in contact with me quite often and once I paid, radio silence.

I urge anyone who looks at this company to NOT use them. They will steal your money and just forget about you once you've paid. Please, I absolutely URGE everyone to NEVER use this company. Jim and Best Direct Shipping is a fraudulent business who steals money and does not complete their contractual obligation. If you ever want to see your car shipped, do not use this company.
