They were quick to give me great customer service until i gave them my bank number. I was "helped by Galina" They wouldnt answer my calls. After nonstop calling, texting, and emails. She replied with a fake date that my car was going to get picked up. When i called to see what was going on, i kept being told that there was no manager and that they would call me back. I called to cancel and they would panick and tell me that they didnt know what to do. I had to cancel my card to make sure they didnt take money. I I This company is a company you should stay away from.

Dear Alfonso, we apologize for inconvencies. As long as we didn't find a suitable carrier for you, we haven't charged anything. Unfortunately, the route you needed your car transported was among unpopular ones, that's why your manager Galina wasn't able to find any carrier for you, all transporting companies refused. She was working hard for your order, she called more than 30 companies, which didn't want to perform your order, cause they had to drive 300 extra miles to pick your car. All carrier companies demanded more money for that order.
