I want to thank Mike for delivering outstanding Service from the time he called me on Sunday August 21st,( to tell you the truth im not sure what other transport company is open on Sundays.) until even after the car was delivered. I had very terrible situation with Xpress Transportaion LLC not picking my daughters car up on Saturday the 20th and avoiding my phone calls and Mike was very professional and sympathetic to my experience I had, in regard to the other company. He sent my order info to me right after I spoke with him, gave me his company number and his personal cell number just in case. He assured me I would have my car picked up Monday by 3 pm and delivered Wednesday morning. He called me Monday at 8:30 in the morning and gave me the drivers info and cell phone number.I called the driver CJ, who is with On the Way Trucking and he was also fantastic. Mike and CJ both kept in contact with me the whole time just to give me peace of mind and to try to work with getting my daughters car to her as quick as possible. CJ worked around some other routes to get my daughter her car before she left for work Wednesday Morning. Mike also called every day to make sure everything was ok. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a Company who takes pride in what they do. Thank you to them both. You both are awesome.
