The guy who picked up my car was really nice and answered his phone whenever I contacted him which was a plus. My car arrived to CA sooner than I expected. The company held onto it until I arrived and did not charge me any additional fees. When it came time for them to bring me my car, however, the driver did not answer my calls until the afternoon. I was told that I would receive my car that morning, so it did push my schedule back a bit. What made things better was that the driver waited fan hour for me to meet them at my place since I had troubling getting there due to some issues I had with uber. Overall, I got my vehicle in the same condition I gave it to them in and with all of my stuff in it.
