The pick up was late, Brenda had the wrong phone number. Also I was told that my crest card is going to be charged $200 for fuel cost. The remains $800 is going to be charged at delivery. That didn't happen the driver demanded cash or money order and the delivery. Which was very incoveinient because my brother wasn't ready for that. I understand that mistakes are made, I will still give u a 5 star rating, but I would like this to be resolved in the future.
