Transport was door to door service but driver had to be met in a walmart parking lot. Driver arrived at 10:30p and at the last minute I had to arrange for someone to pick up the car and meet the driver at the parking lot. Very inconvenient since I was not at the pickup location myself.

I called Nicole to discuss the issue and left a message. She never called me back.
