This was not a terrible transaction but it could've been done so much better. I was told that my car would be picked up on Saturday and they said if we don't make it on the day then allow up to 3 business days for delivery. I was like okay cool. But then I would call them every day after the actual pick up date and the more I called them the more they sounded like they were getting frustrated with me. They kept saying, "sir we don't have enough information to tell you exactly when it will be picked up." Well if you guys don't know then who does???? My car was then picked up the next Friday at 7pm which was 6 days after the pick up date and 5 of those being "business days". I was arrived to Idaho the day after it was picked up and racked up almost 200 dollars on uber costs because I had to get to my new job and just to go out and groceries. I take back what I said, this was a terrible transaction and a terrible service. Use this as a last resort.
