Company Overcharged me $550 and now won't call me back

I paid in advance to ship my vehicle. When the driver delivered the car-he showed it as a COD order and I had to pay another $550 or he wouldn't release my car. I signed a contract for shipping costs of $714.90, and have now paid $1,264.90. I want my refund of $550 but now I can't get a hold of anyone and they are not returning my calls. I think they may be out of business when I call the number in Google for the office in Pahrump-that number is no longer in service. BEWARE!!!!
