Indeed dealing with Mr. Bailey made me feel at ease in knowing that my car was safe. His politeness and gentle communication is key. The cost of the shipping was reasonable although my car showed a bit of a scratch on the driver side, which was not there at pick up, that was not a big issue to me, but after pointing it out to the delivery guy, he was a bit irate, which I did not like
