This was the second time I contacted Felicia for the shipment of my car. She made the process smooth and simple and provided me with timely updates, before during and after the shipment. My car was picked up on time- however took 13 days to make it from San Diego to Central Jersey due to issues with the carrier vehicle. While this was extremely frustrating, Felicia gave me timely updates and made sure I knew what the status of my car was. Despite this, I would still use Auto Shipping Group again and would contact Felicia directly as she is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and reliable with the entire process.
