I’ve never shipped a car. It took me almost three months to choose the right company. I’ve called dozens of companies and talked to hundreds of people. These conversations only made my choice more difficult and frightening. And I’m so grateful to Auto Shipping group that they made this shipping absolutely safe and quick. When I talked to the representatives of the different companies, they were interested in just pushing me into the decision they want. They demanded all the information from me paying no attention and interest in giving me the information I needed. When I called this company, I talked to Lance. He was so patient and was genuinely interested in providing me with all the information I was asking. He didn’t push me in any way. At the same time, he was competent and very efficient. That’s why I decided on this company. Couple days later when I had to sign the contract and had many questions, I called the company again and talked to Greg. He answered all my questions with great patience and professionalism. The company works with really great carriers. They picked up the car and delivered it exactly on time. They called me every step of the way letting me know when my car is now. So, the scary thing – to ship the car from NJ to CA - turned out to be not scary at all. Thanks to this company. PS And no, the company doesn't pay me anything for my review and didn't offer me any incentive to submit this review. I'm just honestly thankful to them that my car is with me in CA.
