I was referred by a friend to auto shipping group and his customer rep was also Felicia. I was happy that I also got her to help me out with transport of my car. She was very knowledgeable ,prompt and very professional. She worked with me and gave me different ideas as to how I could get my car to California in lesser time. This allowed me to receive my car in a reasonable time.She was in touch with me through out the transit and answered my questions over weekend as well. I was made aware of exactly where my car was. All in all ,Felicia was great ! Would definitely recommend to friends and family in future.
