I was very happy with the service considering we had to change shipping companies at the last minute and she was able to find us a transporter. It was convient with the ability to text as well as make phone calls. I understand that my agent could have been working on more than just one job at the same time but i was trying to get answers to questions through text and got no reply and no one answered the phone. After a long time of trying i got my agent on the phone and then she saw my text. As a customer with worries i am looking for a prompt responce.
