Virginia was friendly and knowledgeable for the service. Good communication and follow up/return calls. In my case we had to increase the cost for the driver by $100, which was something not expected when specifically was one of her selling points: no hidden fees, final price. I want to put that on the market offer and demand fluctuation and not on her, but it was the bad point and why I considered not giving a 5 stars review. I decided to give 5 stars as all the rest was very positive experience and easy broker to talk to, keeping good communication and working more hours than she has to if needed. Yes, I appreciated that Virginia if you read this.
