It was nice having someone tell me exactly how the whole process worked and shoot straight with me verses telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. The vehicle was picked up literally hours after I had made the reservation from a buddies shop in Utah. It was dropped off three days later at my work in South Carolina... Im stoked I found Felicia to help me through this. Up to that point, it had been a frustrating experience. I had another company that was going to pick it up but never showed and I never heard from them again.
