This is not something I do everyday nor once in a while but three years ago my son was stationed in San Diego, CA and I shipped him out his car not knowing anything about the auto transportation world other than horror stories. I did the usual and was contacted by a lot of brokers somehow I met a woman whom I felt comfortable with from the Auto Shipping Group and made the arrangements and everything worked out perfect. Now my son has completed his military commitment and it was time to search again. I contacted the same company (The Auto Shipping Group)looking for the same person but I was told she went back to school.
I spoke with a Felicia Williams from the Auto Shipping group and right of the bat she knew who I was talking about and told me she was the one who trained her. I felt comfortable with Felicia and it paid off .I had a great experience reasonably priced, courteous service, very happy with the company communication which was a plus, excellent service from placing my order, pick-up and through delivery.
