Overall, it was a fairly straightforward process. Kimberly kept me informed and found a carrier for the price agreed upon. Some observations that, in my novice mind, would have made the experience less stressful:

- Better communication on payment options. I thought I had agreed to pay for the entire bill via credit card, but later learned (one day prior to pick-up) that only the deposit was payable with a credit card.
- Better communication on finding a carrier who was willing to pick up my vehicle on the agreed upon date. I had requested transportation services 3 weeks in advance of my desired pick-up date. The pick-up wasn't contracted until the day before scheduled pick up. Up to that point, I was stressing that no one was going to show as no one had called to let me know what was going on with my request.
- Two days before pick-up, I was called and asked if I would pay nearly $100 more than the originally agreed upon price. That really bothered me. I disagreed, and the next day a carrier was found for the agreed upon price. It was disappointing that I was asked in the first place. I felt like I was being scammed..

Would I use your service again? Yes. Kimberly was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She walked me through the various options and she managed to get my vehicle transported for the dates and price promised.
