In your case we still had Five Days until your earliest pickup date. Plenty of time to continue looking for a Carrier for the $900.00 quoted rate. We keep a credit card number on file for admin/broker fees, which we did in your case. No charge was made to your card at anytime and is not until the day of pickup. In fact I placed you directly on one of our carriers for $925.00 total. $25.00 more than the quoted rate on your exact pick up date. We took no payment whatsoever on your transport while you incurred a price increase of $25.00 which you could have said no to. We work hard to get you on the truck for our quoted rate...when we can't... we remedy the situation the best we can. I believe we did so here. Greg
