Contact with Felicia was EXCELLENT. She was a sweet heart, and always available when I needed her. Open and honest. I was very busy at the time, and she even allowed me to use texting to communicate and also made the shipping company aware of that. 5 stars!

The company that actually moved my car was so-so. I told them ahead of time that my community was gated, and they did not come prepared. I had to chase the truck driver all around the city when I originally told the dispatcher to meet me at a specified place the day before! They day of, he had no idea what this place was and did not do his research. They said they had tried to call me, and had some bizarre phone number listed as mine. That aside, my car was delivered EXTREMELY fast (3 days) cross-country which was astounding and a huge relief. Really nice men. It had nothing to do with Felicia that they were a tad unprepared, but would maybe advise the next customer to communicate to your contact person to be sure the pick-up company is prepared.
