Excellent service, good communication throughout process, great price

I had an excellent experience with Lance at Auto Shipping Group. He was professional, patient and helpful in all our communication, and kept me updated throughout the process via phone, text, and email messages. This was my first time using an auto shipping service, and Lance was happy to explain how things work and what to expect. And as if that all wasn't enough, the price he gave me beat other estimates by a considerable amount.

If I had to do this again, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Lance, even if I knew I could get a better price elsewhere - you can't put a price tag on the professionalism and trustworthiness that Lance demonstrated. To anyone out there looking for a transport service, be SURE to do your homework and thoroughly research the individual you are considering working with. I am, unfortunately, experiencing ongoing harassment from one owner/operator who I contacted for a quote but declined to work with. I'm extremely grateful I ended up working with Lance!
