The only person at Auto Shipping Group (ASG) who I talked with was Felicia Williams, and she was the only person I talked with because she was the only person I *needed* to talk with.

I'm the kind of guy who researches everything very carefully before I do anything, especially something as potentially complicated & costly as shipping a car cross-country. There are a lot of resources on-line that warn consumers about the risks & challenges with a deal like this, so I figured I'd go right to the sources and call a couple of brokers & shippers and ask a mess of questions.

Felicia fielded all of my questions with courtesy & knowledge & a lot of patience. After I talked with one of her competitors and called her back with additional questions, she was just as patient & helpful. There was no way I was going to place my order with another company because she inspired *trust*.

That turned out not to be misplaced. Once the order was placed, she'd IDed a carrier for me almost immediately. The pick-up was scheduled for just a few days later, and we thought everything was set.

Unfortunately, my shipper had different plans. The day before the carrier was supposed to pick up the car, the shipper called to tell me there'd been an accident. The car wasn't badly damaged, but it needed some body work that was going to take a week. I immediately reached out to Felicia - just a bit worried that this might mess things up somewhat - but she took it in stride and cancelled the initial contract without question.

When the car was repaired, she quickly booked the second carrier, and we were back in business - until she called to tell me that the carrier's truck needed service, so she was going to need to ID a third company. "Turn about is fair play," I thought, and Felicia had the third carrier lined up within minutes.

The best thing about these changes was that the price kept dropping. Not necessarily a lot, but enough that I noticed.

During the shipping week, Felicia kept in touch with the carrier and updated me about the arrival date. Then, about 36 hours before the vehicle arrived, I got a call from the carrier to arrange delivery. There's no way he could get his 90-foot truck onto my street, but he pulled up about a block-and-a-half away and met me there at 7:15 AM (my choice) so we could get the car off the truck.

Finally, Felicia followed up to make sure I was happy (I was), and it was a wrap.

Great gig all around. I wouldn't hesitate to call Felicia again or recommend her & ASG to anyone who needs help with this kind of job. Highest possible rating.
