This was my first time using a service like this, so finding the right person for the job seemed daunting. As soon as I spoke with Lance, I knew I had found the right person. He was attentive, informative and put my mind at ease. I was easily able to reach him any time with questions or concerns: no middle man to go through, he was there to talk whenever I needed. He was always courteous and I never felt rushed when speaking with him. Whenever we spoke I felt I had his full attention. He checked in before the pick up date, afterwards to see how it went and also touched base to ensure it was delivered to my satisfaction. I would recommend his services to anyone and would absolutely use him in the future if needed! He's a true professional.
