Overall a very good experience. While the pick up was one day later than originally scheduled, due to tardiness by other customers on their scheduled pick ups, I was expecting more delay based on friends experiences with other brokers/carriers. Everyone who worked with me on this shipment was friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in helping me through the process. Broker and carrier both kept me up to date on what was happening , and were a pleasure to work with.
