Horrible service and experience- I should of shipped it myself

unreliable service and vehicle damaged and both companies are ignoring my calls and emails. And that's after they promised to get the vehicle fixed.
Hired these people and they assured me that the transportation company they picked though their thorough screening process(BS) that was going to ship my daughters car is legit and had good ratings. They assured me that they only pick the truck transport people that have good ratings and make sure they are insured and without incidents. They ensure that the vehicles are handled with care and that they are working with transport people at all times to ensure a smooth transport. It's all BS and they sent me (Lisa R-Andrews) these guys from L & A Daniel Transport, these guys are a joke and should not be allowed on the road, They showed up with a Dodge pickup truck and a trailer to haul the vehicles, I had my reservations but Lisa from Andrews assured me that they were licensed and insured. L&A Transport, Daniel Lashawn, said that he would have the vehicle there in 1 day (that was a lie). Well that one day turned into 6 days and when they dropped the vehicle off to my daughter it was covered in mud. Needless to say that once my daughter had the vehicle washed she noticed that the roof of the vehicle was damaged and multiple scratches. She call L&A and their response was that they were not going to pay or get it fixed and she needed to take them to court- goodbye. Called Andrew transport, complained and Lisa R assured me that Andrews would take care of everything. Initially L&A transport said that they would run it through their insurance, but we have not seen or been able to get in touch with L&A since they made that promise. Lisa R from Andrew transport said that she would get things sorted out and get things fixed, and she would personally take care of it, but at this point Andrews transport is not picking up the phone and calling me back, not returning emails. This is really sad and disturbing that 2 companies get paid for a service and not deliver. Andrews was paid 169.00 dollars for their guarantee smooth transport service, which never happened and I think they just pick who ever responds to the pickup board without any background checking and L&A transport who got paid 500.00 dollars- they requested cash- of my daughters hard earned money. And she's the victim. Take my warning and stay away from both of these companies Andrews transport is a scam and L&A should not be allowed on the road. I'm now looking at legal action involving both companies for fraud and negligence.

Steven, You have been a nightmare. We, as your broker do not insure the vehicle. The carrier does. Their insurance is below. That said, you accepted the car and inspected it yourself. You did not mention any damage until a week later sir. Damage needs to be marked on delivery. It is like this in any business and the fact that you think posting negative reviews about a company that is not responsible for insuring your car is going to make us change our stance on this is un founded. You signed a document stating the vehicle had no damage. The damage was not done by the transporter according to your paperwork. Now that is between you and the carrier but how dare you try and hurt our almost flawless record with a complaint because you are trying to extort our company for damages. Best wishes.
