Misinformation and LIES

I reached out to these sharks to have my car transported from New Jersey to California. I expressed that it needed to be there by the 18th and was assured that was no issue at all. They said it would take 7 days and took my deposit and gave me an email stating the arrival date of the 18th. Then I received a call from the truck transporting my vehicle telling me my vehicle would not arrive until possibly the 23rd. I asked why the massive delay and told them I was assured by American Tranporters On my arrival of the 18th. The truck transporters apologized and said they have no information regarding that and was never told by American transporters of the original planned date of the 18th. We are relocating cross country and I have a family with pets flying into California on the 22nd and 23rd. Except I have no way to pick them up now. I will have to rent cars for two days and spend more money due to this companies lie to me and their negligence and unwillingness to solve the issue or offer any kind of compensation. They will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. That's the bottom line. And when confronted on the lie and told about my family being stuck at the airport with pets after a 7 hour flight he literally laughed at me on the phone. I believe he said his name was Banny. Probably another lie. Stay away from them. There is no way to confirm or guarantee your shipment will arrive on the agreed upon time. They notified me that it would be up to a week late after the truck was picked up and gone for two days.

There is always another side to the story. We explain to all our customers we are brokers and all dates are estimates only. All cross country trips take 7- 10 days. The customer service rep is Danny, not Banny. We are a stand up company and have nothing to lie about. It is unfortunate this customer feels this way. However we will work better in the future to pull more information out of the customer to better meet their timelines.
