Great Combination of Dishonesty and Horrible Customer Service

Victor does not care about the customer, he only cares about getting the fee for arranging a driver. According to Victor, my car would be picked up on Friday in CA and delivered in AZ on Saturday. I questioned this timing but was assured that this was correct. On Monday the vehicle had still not shown up and I had heard nothing from American Auto Transport or the driver even after leaving multiple messages with each. Monday afternoon, I finally got in touch with Victor and his first question was not "how can I help", it was "have you called customer service?". Understand that when you call customer service, it is Victor’s voice on the message! When asked why I was having to call him after leaving multiple messages, I was told that their “computers were down”. When I did speak to Angela in customer service, I was told that they could not help and that it was now up to me to contact the driver and find out where my vehicle was. Since my contract was with American Auto Transport and not with the driver, I explained to them that their responsibility was not complete. After that, they would not answer or return my calls. Bottom line is that the driver’s info that they had provided was incorrect. On my own, I was able to get a viable number for the driver and found out my car would be delivered on Friday (only 6 days after Victor had said it would be delivered). Once contacted, the driver was very communicative and helpful. When I think of the worst customer service I have experienced, I will think of Victor and Angela at American Auto Transport!
