This is one of those transactions in life that does not come around very often, if ever. The process in unnerving, but it was made far more comfortable by my customer service agent, Ali Jones. She was excellent with her follow-up and with returning my phone calls. When I had any problems obtaining information or straightening out issues with the carrier, she was quick to intercede and fix the situation. It would also be unfair not to mention that when speaking with her she was always pleasant, and understanding of my anxiety with sending my car off with a couple of strangers.
