Shipping a car - Never had done before.

When we decided we needed to ship a car from Colorado to Connecticut, we had to research b/c had never done this before. Was EXTREMELY nervous after reading reviews and seeing all the problems that happened to others. Got prices from agents and they were all over place. Also determined that some review websites were not accurate and were paid to post reviews by companies they listed. Some more research thru BBB reviews and more general sites led me to Amerifreight. They were not the cheapest but they had the best reviews and felt confident with them. The driver showed when he was supposed to, was even flexible in pickup location as we changed it day before he showed to make it easier for him to get to. Had driver's cell #, he always answered or called back when it was safe to. Never had problem with reaching him! He called us day before pickup to confirm location, we spoke during transport to confirm delivery date, and we spoke day before car was scheduled to be delivered to confirm time. He came a day earlier than we thought, and even though I had to stay later than I wanted to at drop location (this was my work address to make it easier for me), I was happy to have the car and the fact that it was a day early was a bonus! Driver ( his first name is Umut) is professional, pleasant, and made the pickup and drop off easy. Unfortunately for Amerifreight, this is most likely the only car we will need transported, but if we ever need this service again they will definitely be my first call. Couldn't be happier, especially after reading other's horror stories! Five stars is well deserved!
