ali was very knowldgable and helpful with arranging transport.she was accessible and when the carrier didnt arrive on scheduled p/u date she made immediate contact w/them and new arrangments.amerifreight had best price and highest rating. Carrier was late and lacked communication but Ali had little control over the driver and his "promises".
