This was my first time transporting a car, it had to go across the country from CT to CA. Not knowing how to go about this, I reached out to a few companies that I found online. AmeriFreight was the first company to actually answer my initial call. I worked with a broker by the name of Rick who was super friendly, explained the entire process and patiently answered dozens of questions. Within a week I had an acceptable arrangement for a pickup and delivery window. Rick assured me that the freight company who was contracted to transport my car was reputable and he was correct. The truck drivers on both the pickup and dropoff points were prompt and professional. My car was on an open transporter and arrived ahead of schedule without any dents, window cracks or other signs of damage (it was dusty but that's to be expected). Also, all the items in my trunk were still there! If I ever have to transport a car again, I will definitely call Rick at AmeriFreight and I highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
